Business Outlook
Pros
PTO does eventually accumulate, buts it's a huge bowl. Great healthcare, but hard to find appointments, flexible hours at least in my department.
Cons
No paid maternity leave, no bereavement leaves, no bonuses, small 3% raises each year, burnout, high turnover, no appreciation. Salary positions are more like hourly. Upper Leadership are not as humble as I've experienced in other places, more interactive and relations would benefit them.
