Excellent pay, great supervisors, and very easy to work with.

Cons

My assignment was a bit difficult at times due to the dynamics of the classroom. Not the best guidance coming from the teacher, but I enjoyed working with my coworkers and the people around me. I loved working with the students even though it was a bit difficult, but my personal experience of working with students with disabilities aided me in providing direction to the classroom.

Excellent Manager but She Left!

I had a great manager who treated me like a human being and encouraged me to care for my health when I was sick. I enjoyed working with the students and building their confidence. Good pay rate.

Cons

The amazing manager left! No work guaranteed during the summer. Almost full time hours without benefits. Not enough practical training and the expectations at the schools are not laid out clearly, you have to figure it out when you get there. Too much trivial paperwork in poorly designed web forms.
