Supportive Project Manager, direct deposit

Cons

No benefits, expected to do an unreasonable amount of paperwork for the company without pay, tons of rules/red tape, requires you to sign a non-compete agreement, etc.

-No work/life balance -Exceedingly high workload that should be spread across larger departments -Unhealthy working environment with nearly zero accountability or assistance from upper leadership
