      Good pay but messy, inconsistent management, terms and details change often

      good pay, easy interview process

      Cons

      lengthy onboarding, dishonesty during the hiring process that later can trap you, The company can move you with less than a weeks notice, only seems to be concerned with filling positions and making money not fair treatment of employees.

      Pros

      The pay is pretty generous epspecially if you're right out of college without much experience like I was. The team was very warm and welcoming and were eager to connect me with the school district.

      Cons

      I was assigned as an aide for an entire school year as a contractor and was eligble to become a district employee after 60 working days. However, after just 6 weeks of my assignment I was abruptly called and told that my assignment ended with no details or reasons. I read other reviews and heard this was not an isolated incident.

      The program is very disorganized , the people running it remotely are very disorgnized and unclear . Overall UI wants positive outcomes, but lack the means to do so.
