However, there are notable areas for improvement in management. Communication is often poor, and at times, conflicting information is provided, which can create confusion and inefficiencies. Tutors are allocated a total of 5.5 working hours, yet there are instances where additional tasks are expected without appropriate compensation. It is important not to take on responsibilities beyond the allotted hours unless additional time is formally approved.

No pros, they hired me many months ago and never started me for work. Every week they gave me a new answer to why I haven't started yet and then disappeared. It's like children running around the classroom without direction.

Cons

Poor communication and management. No one is one the same page, very unreliable and false promises. I do not recommend this company,unless they make healthy changes for their employees and companies.
