      The staff across all departments and branches are great to work with. Work/life balance is good. Paid vacation days and paid bank holidays.

      Cons

      Maternity leave policy, small annual review raises.

      Pros

      Univest is a publicly traded company with a small company feel. Management is strong and make themselves available. HR is attentive and make hiring process transparent.

      Cons

      Some things move at big company pace. Some items may need ot be approved at corporate level which can take some time. Most crucial items (that impact your commission compensation) are done quickly.
