We appreciate the feedback, as you’re aware the work hours and location were clearly communicated during the interview process, plus they’re listed on our job postings. As a bank, we have certain operational requirements that necessitate our hours. If the location was not convenient to you, I’m not sure why you decided to apply for the role in the first place. We aim to be transparent about our expectations upfront so that candidates can make an informed decision about whether the position is a good fit for them.
