Pros

Great pay Some decent coworkers Paid holidays Bank hours only work 2-3 Saturdays a month

Cons

High school drama environment Will not give new people chances to do anything new as part of training Managers will allow supervisors to speak down to you Little opportunity for growth if you have a different way of learning No strong/enforced timely set lunch schedule Little room for accommodations You need a doctor's note for things like a cold, flu, etc., or they'll take your PTO; I.E., if you have to leave work early and return the next day with no doctor's note, they take 4+ hours away from your PTO.
