Pros

Some of your coworkers are nice

Cons

Poor management Will force you out of a role you’ve been in for years for no reason just to hire someone new for less money No advancement, especially for women Don’t care about their employees at all Takes away all choices of an employee for their own agenda Don’t care about the safety of their employees The pay and raises are absolute garbage Don’t care about employee retention/turnover Management is retaliatory HR doesn’t even care about employees resigning - no exit interview

Thank you for expressing your concerns. Univest takes pride in promoting our employees no matter gender orientation, race or age. In fact, our Senior Leadership Team includes a diverse group of women and men. Unfortunately when someone resigns without notice, there is no opportunity for an exit interview. If you have specific questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to our HR team to discuss.
