      Pros

      During the current COVID-19 pandemic, Univest stood by their words that "Univest is a family". The Senior Leadership team has made sure to advocate for the employees. With so much uncertainty throughout this situation, Univest continues to reassure us that they are here for us. I am ecstatic to work for a company who values it's workers not only by their words but with their actions! Talk is cheap but actions speak! Not many companies have treated their employees with such grace and understanding and I am proud to say that Univest has. What an honor!

      Cons

      Univest salary is not the best, but the core values and culture outweigh the difference in pay. I would take less money for a happier work environment any day!
