      Pros

      Great manager, who is easy to talk to and approach. Company as a whole has core values/ principles that you can feel and see. Different avenues to grow and expand your knowledge (i.e. optional training and certification programs). They are always encouraging for internal growth as well as company growth. Univest truly wants you to succeed!

      Pros

      Univest has strong core values that are implemented throughout the company. Leadership is great and trickles down through all levels of employment. They not only treat their customers with respect but value their own employees as well. Univest is a great place to work!

      Cons

      It would be nice to see a benefit that would help individuals pay back their student loan debt. People pay to get an education so they can be qualified to work for companies, so it would be nice for all companies to help lessen the stress of the employee for a better life balance once employed. Otherwise, I can't say much about the company that is negative. Just a suggestion!
