Pros

The best part of working at Univest is the customers that come into the branch and the employees that you work with. It helps to have a manager who empowers you to be the best employee you can be.

Cons

They do not offer competitive salary or raises. It is not uncommon to receive a quarter an hour raise per year.

Compensation not in line with industry standard. Strict culture based on their Mennonite background. Not GLBT friendly whatsoever. (Again forced to write 20 words to submit review.)
