Pros

There are "Some" great people working there, family oriented company

Cons

Not very diverse when it comes to race relations, antiquated systems, comp plan is horrible, management is clueless, and a lot of people are there that should be... A lot of inappropriate behavior from staff that have tenure

Pros

Good benefits, close to home, fun coworkers

Cons

The low pay - one time my yearly raise was only .23 cents, which was an insult. I had a very good review and I wished they would recognize my hard work. Also, when I started as a regular teller in 2001, I was making $8.40/hr. A few years later, I found out that they were paying new tellers about $10/hr. Same for new branch managers and cust service reps (the new hires would start out with more than the current employees were making, at times).
