This company is run by a collection of toxic people with terrible business practices and policies, The overall environment from the top is highly pressured and the projects are rushed without the adequate staff, time, or planning to be successful which causes many errors that are then penalized and are constant - this is in SEVERAL departments and a variety of project types. There is little to no real transparency on anything (sometimes including the pertinent project details or deadlines), communication is awful in many ways from overall company news to the pertinent project details or deadlines in many instances. This is especially true when multiple departments have a joint project. Additionally, they have an insane turnover rate and they are very quick to fire or layoff. A huge factor to consider is that they are low paying compared to other jobs in the same industry/region, and they have a tendency to set impossible company-wide goals and withhold bonuses over these not being met (it is not evaluated individually, or even by each department - the executive team ALWAYS receives their bonuses, regardless of overall goals or their department performance). They do not have any sort of cost of living increases in pay annually, nor do they have any sort of real annual raise program based on merit or performance (1-3 percent at most, if you meet several qualifying factors first). There are many other things not stated here that are immoral or highly questionable, but overall I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
