Extremely high turnover – someone from the corporate office seems to quit almost every week Micromanagement from the CEO, who leads through fear rather than trust Raises are rare and only given to those the CEO personally favors or to prevent someone from quitting Little to no opportunity for professional growth or recognition unless you're in the CEO's inner circle Morale is very low, and the overall culture feels toxic and unsustainable
