leadership doesn't communicate very well

Where do I even start? This place was a total nightmare. Everyone works in their own little bubble, like it's some kind of unspoken rule. Need information or a decision to do your job? Good luck with that! It’s like pulling teeth to get anything from anyone because everyone’s super secretive about everything—even who's actually working here. There are zero announcements about new hires or departures, so if you don’t interact with someone regularly, they might as well be a ghost. And don't even get me started on knowledge transfer—it’s basically non-existent. If someone left, you'd be left in the dark about who took over their tasks, assuming anyone even bothered to reassign them. Honestly, it's like that old saying about boats: the two best days of this job were the day I got it and the day I left.
