Pros
Great benefits package, employee stock discount, 401k match, amazing time off and all holidays paid/ off. Most Managers truly understand how difficult your work load is ( because they did it too) and they try to help you however they can.
Cons
Very high expectations for transitioning from training to a full work capacity. A very fast pace/ constantly changing environment. You don’t want this job if you can’t handle processes changing weekly and if you aren’t a critical thinker.
