Subpar training, 6 weeks classroom environment does not even remotely prepare you for your on floor experience. Micromanagement. Lots of waiting to approve claimants. No one is on the same page from mentors to leads to management. Everyone has a different idea of how to approve a claim. Mentor will tell you to do it one way, management another then lead another. Monotonous repeat work. Gossipy environment and lack of support. Workflows somewhat contradicting. Expectations for completion of daily work is unrealistic. This is not a 40 hour work week. Pay is mediocre for workload.
