      Work-life balance and the lack thereof

      Pros

      Decent starting rate, if you can breathe and have work experience, they will hire you.

      Cons

      No work life balance due to mandatory and implied overtime Only way to advance is to network, hard work will move you further, but talking will do more. Nepotism in senior leadership, questionable ethics, and a "hire to fire" recruiting strategy. Workload is impossible to keep up with. Overtime leads to mistakes that make it harder for good workers to manage their workload effectively. You will be punished for good performance. The better you do, the more work and stress you obtain. Hope you like base pay because merit based raises are now nonexistent with their pay plan. Health insurance premiums for a 3 person family are about $220 every two weeks for mid-range benefits.

      Pros

      The position is salary so you can take an hour lunch if you can manage the caseload. They also have a once a year bonus depending on performance.

      Cons

      This company does not have a training, they say they do but basically they just tell you what you did wrong instead of training. The managers are so biased and they have their buddies that they like and if you are not one of them they will push you around.
