      - Excellent work life balance - Opportunities for progression and personal development as long as you have the motivation - Management cares about employees opinions

      Cons

      - Not a lot of variation in age across employees - Spreadsheets can be dated and unnecessary processes need to be reviewed instead of put off

      Great 401k match, great pto and holidays, Work at home opportunities

      Cons

      Insurance options premiums way too high for a company this size, too much mandatory overtime, no room for advancement, understaffed, unorganized growth. Leave mgmt dept has been on mandatory overtime for over a year most leave specialists work 50-55 hours a week with very little abilitiy to have a life outside of work

      Pros

      They are doing a good job at getting younger talent into a historically aging industry. Benefits are solid (unsurprisingly to the nature of the business) and you will definitely achieve a work-life balance. Also, the offices are very nice, the opportunity for growth is fantastic, and the company is investing in its employees.

      Cons

      Being an employee benefits company, it lacks excitement at times, and is rather slow moving. Definitely some smart people, but a little unsocial. 9-5 job.
