      - The team demonstrates a high level of professionalism.
 - A comprehensive benefits package is provided to employees. - Employees have regular opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. - Annual summits are held to facilitate in-person networking and strengthen inter-team relationships.

      Cons

      - This new 3-day-a-week in-office policy is a bit of a struggle, especially when your entire team works abroad in different time zones. - Career progression isn't exactly clear, which makes it tough to see where you're headed.
 - We've had so many reorganisations and leadership changes in the past few years, it's hard to keep up.

      401k contributions 5% company matching. Vacation time is above average.

      Cons

      Metrics rate your performance, bonus and if you can progress. Increased the amount of days employees have to be in the office and cut the amount of work from home weeks by 75%. No reward for good quality or customer service.
