Pros

Benefits, PTO, Flexible breaks, Equipment/internet company provided for WAH

Cons

Time is not provided to complete required tasks such as forwarding emails to other teams, reporting time, reading emails; there is no choice but to work unpaid in order to meet their expectations. They take on new business before they ensure there is the staff in place to meet the clients needs causing employees and clients to be dissatisfied and stressed.

Pros

Percentage based bonus PTO 401K Excellent fitness facility Updated offices, cafeteria, communal space Work/life flexibility Cheap healthy meal options Private jet between campuses if you're lucky Leadership development potential All the benefits you'd expect of a large corporation. Nice health plans, up to 5% matching 401K. Sit/stand desks. Co-workers are caring, friendly people. Renovated interior office space trading in dated cubicles for sterilized white half walls and faux wood.

Cons

People - as in you can get the distinct impression that some upper managers just do not care about some subordinates, by way of their actions or inactions. Company occasionally attempts to chase the latest trend in corporate culture. Often times this misses the mark. Mass lay-offs are often non-communicated. Technology is embarrassingly stuck playing catch-up. Work often boring, repetitive, blaise. Easy to become jaded when you're nothing but a cog in a machine. Almost too big of a company that if you're not in C suite nothing you do really matters. Not enough recognition for the people who support the business side, except, if you're a shining star, you might get sent to Disney once a year.
