Room to advance at a pace outside of long, set standards, is near impossible. Ability to move from one department to another is limited and in most cases means that you must take many steps back in your career. The Worcester office is very limited for growth opportunities as it only houses one of the many products the company offers. Management openly states they expect at least a 50 hour week from salary claims department employees during all times of year to maintain case load, while offering little opportunity for advancement.
