      Pros

      - Great pay - Good benefits - Stock purchasing plan and 401k match - Solid PTO - A company that leads from the top down. - The company makes loads of investments to develop their employees and 2018 has a great deal amount of great things planned, including a massive renovation/upgrade to our offices - Killer employee cafeteria with very affordable meals - Friendly and collaborative culture - A lot of employees have a great deal of tenure, I'm in my first year, but I'm surrounded by 10+ year veterans. Makes me feel like there is a really great future here. - Great employee recognition programs.

      Pros

      Pay is decent, company matching 401k, plenty of autonomy to do y our work independently.

      Cons

      The change of pace is so rapid that the culture can feel toxic and unstable at times. In my area, the joke was, if you take one day of PTO and come back the next day you may not know how to do your job because management changes direction and procedures daily. The health insurance is very expensive for employees. For myself and one child it would have cost almost $200.00 per pay period.
