Pros

Well established and highly recognized company in the communities where they have significant operations as well as in the Employee Benefits market place. There are lots of great people working there who are a true joy to work with who always want to do a great job and deliver high quality results for the company.

Cons

They are challenged to figure out how to truly move forward to modernize the company behind the scenes. Lots of energy, great strategic ideas and plans that are poorly executed and usually never completed due to lack of patience and micromanaging teams of experts who feel like they're not listened to and feel not listened to.

Cons

outsourcing will continue, no job security; not much opportunity for vertical job growth/promotion; says they are hiring but most of the new jobs will be in the contact/call centers which are low paying positions.
