      Decent benefits pay is ok and there was lots of flexibility at sometime

      Cons

      Understaffed and stressful job depends on what department you end up in but overall seems to be a pattern and the company has changed from what tenure people say.

      Flexible schedule for appointments Accepting and easy to talk to team mates and directors Hybrid schedule Choice in coming in earlier or later given your desired schedule

      Cons

      Difficult work life balance - the claims will not stop coming in and there is no help available when you feel overwhelmed with several deadlines. PTO was minimal and prep for PTO/coverage was a headache Going back to three days in office Old systems, frequent tech issues No recognition for hard work, no fun team bonding activities for celebrations or incentives Cafeteria food was always undercooked
