      Good people, good salary, good benefits

      Cons

      Do you like change? Work for Unum. It's a constant. Senior Management continually heading different directions, continually setting the business back. Also a lack of 'people-culture' as it once was, has now become 100% about profit.

      Pros

      If you are lazy you might get away with it. Generous redundancy terms. Good staff benefits eg Pensions, health, sickness cover.

      Cons

      There is a lot of change and uncertainty at the moment, causing a lot of unrest. Good people are allowed to leave and those who do not contribute enough are allowed to stay.
