Management is bringing everyone back into the office more after the work from home during COVID, with little to no exceptions being given

- The team demonstrates a high level of professionalism.  - A comprehensive benefits package is provided to employees. - Employees have regular opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. - Annual summits are held to facilitate in-person networking and strengthen inter-team relationships.

Cons

- This new 3-day-a-week in-office policy is a bit of a struggle, especially when your entire team works abroad in different time zones. - Career progression isn't exactly clear, which makes it tough to see where you're headed.  - We've had so many reorganisations and leadership changes in the past few years, it's hard to keep up.
