Pros

Office is a collaborative space, friendly and approachable teams. Good benefits package Good for starting off

Cons

New Technologies are hard to push into projects Hard to encourage removing old functionality and improving process with a "If it aignt broken why fix it mindset" Projects can be slow and take a while to kick off Non Technological People are in technology focused positions or dont understand the technology they are dealing with and ask for projects that either require alot of time or are very cumbersome to implement Job progression is difficult Consultants are utilized quite often, come in code, leave and knowledge is lost of projects
