      Pros

      Great environment and people. Always snacks around. Fun activities (ping pong, arcade, basketball hop). Overall a fantastic environment. Nice variety of projects. Encouragement to learn more and collaborate with others.

      Sometimes rather busy, multiple deadlines

      Pros

      Great people with an environment that fosters open communication. Loads of snacks, regular happy hours and other team activities. Interesting variety of work. Very accommodating to employees needs in terms of equipment, ergonomics, flexible scheduling, working from home, etc.

      Cons

      It can be tough to get tools needed to accomplish our job, (although that is likely to be changing) The variety of work can lead to very busy periods with multiple deadlines.

      limited support from management. AM and PM not on the same success criteria creates conflict.
