      A company that has great people but poor practices in place

      Pros

      Friendly people One or two cool projects might cross your desk

      Cons

      Lack of structure making it difficult for new employees to jump into the work. Lack of communication making it difficult for everyone to know what is coming up and prepare for it. Company is reactionary instead of proactive. Company does not promote innovation. Company is constantly trying to keep up with standards instead of setting them.
