Business Outlook
Pros
Good PM team that protects developers from client drama and has realistic time expectations. Impressive work coming out of the design team. Ability for developers to pick their tools.
Cons
The design team has a lot of senior people, and they produce finished designs faster than we can implement it. I think that clients see this, and get frustrated about having a development backlog. No goofy-level Bay Area salary.
