      Upper Crust is a company that really cares about culture. I have worked at the company and seen it grow for over 10 years and the opportunities that have been offered to those of us who have bought into the vision. The company has grown from 100 to 2,500 employees during my time with the company and I still feel like I can make a difference for our employees and our partners.

      Cons

      If you do not enjoy a company that sets big goals and works hard to achieve them then this company is not for you.
