Pros

Cheerful coworkers, fun company parties, nice work culture.

Cons

No opportunities for growth, and lower pay than industry standard, and want employees to wear multiple hats.

Pros

I can't think of any pros. It's a job. Ok place to work. As a salaried employee, you will never stop working to stay caught up. Volunteer a lot of hours. As an hourly employee, you will not be able to work overtime to stay caught up. damned either way.

Cons

There are literally 5 or 6 people that get paid well. Everyone else is not.

Pros

The atmosphere is upbeat, fun and filled with interesting conversation and problem solving. The management is positive and the company of the whole is a pleasure to work for. The product themselves are engaging and the work is very satifying.

Cons

Because of the nature of the product, there is a feeling of being forgotten as a person. Communication is highly fractured and there does not seem to be a clear feeling of belonging or appreciation as an employee. This can feel freeing, but also directionless.
