Pros

Fun products to work on, very smart and passionate employees. Professional, yet laid back environment. Location is great, and the company definitely feels like a family. People often pick each other up on projects, and there is a good sense of camaraderie.

Cons

Disorganization between departments, lack of resources and personnel where needed most. Upper management more concerned about the budget than innovation. Fear of the owner at the upper levels as well. Neuroticism and negativity among employees concerned for their jobs. Most employees are overworked and departments are understaffed. Some of these issues may resolve themselves as the economy improves.

Pros

Friendly co-workers, fairly laid back environment

Cons

Extremely toxic, no accountability from management, little to no support yet it is masked as being supportive, and two faced HR that doesn't bother getting both sides of a situation prior to taking action. They tend to listen to the new guy and not the seasoned employee unless it's management.
