Pros

Benefits are very good (medical, dental, vision, 401 K), good number of paid holidays, family friendly, quality products both on the Sports and Entertainment side, amazing people to work with, great place to build a career and they promote from within.

Cons

Communication can be a little sub par in some departments.

Pros

I have had nothing but positive experiences here at Upper Deck. This company treats their employees well, to say the least. We have a modern building, created to make you feel at home. A gym, lounge, game room, and multiple kitchens for your convenience. They help me wake up by brewing coffee in the morning and if coffee isn’t your thing then, they have multiple teas and hot water for their employees. Not to mention the complimentary annual movie days. Upper Deck not only rents out an entire local movie theatre for all the employees but also, gives you a half days pay to leave early just to watch the most recent Marvel movie. The list goes on. I cannot stress enough how willing Upper Deck is to help with your personal growth. I have been mentored and looked out for by so many employees it feels almost like a family. They always have your best interests in mind! I have had such a positive experience here and it is hard to imagine working elsewhere. I am so thankful for this experience and hope to continue working here for years to come.

Cons

If I was forced to say a con about Upper Deck it would be that it is competitive in terms of the application process and the positions they offer.

Pros

The best asset UpperDeck has is its people. Creative, engaging and dedicated people. On any given day you can be engaged in a conversation that goes from sports to entertainment to gaming. Co-workers feel more like family.

Cons

Like most families there can be squabbling but they are always resolved and everyone moves forward together.
