Pros

It is with several years of hindsight that I can truly appreciate all I learned at Upper Deck. We were given a great deal of autonomy and respected for the knowledge we brought to the table. As I look back, I realize that many of my former colleagues have moved on to excellent positions. I value to relationships I formed while there as well as all the industry knowledge I gained.

Cons

Turmoil and legal issues permeated the company at the time which led to a large lay off. I do believe the current management has worked hard to rebuild the company's reputation and that they remain a very viable employer in the sports industry.
