Pros

unique hands-on work that typically changes through the week/day co-workers are largely great to work with

Cons

HR and upper-level management are deeply entrenched. HR is painfully out of touch, to the point of dictating how certain events happened without being present for them. Awful communication between management and employees that is either heavy handed or non-existent. Managers speak poorly of employees and other managers vocally. Depending on which area you're working in, typically a lot of overtime as well. Very low pay with responsibilities that increase long before the pay does. All-in-all, it's a lot of desperate people scratching to pass the blame of the problem-of-the-day onto the next person. The warehouse is not air conditioned.

Pros

Maybe a handful of people make the place worth working for.

Cons

Well, gaslighting is a big one communication is pitiful, like many other companies they do an 80/20 rule on reviews. UD doesn’t promote from within the company, they will just bring in new people and keep everyone where they want them. Goals are never allowed to be achieved.
