      Great place to begin or grow a medical career.

      Very socially engaging, state benefits, reasonable pay rates, well known hospital.

      Cons

      Parking is limited & expensive, internal transfers are a lot more difficult to obtain than I'd expect, atmosphere varies to the extreme unit to unit and department to department.

      It is small so it is easy to seek help and advice from colleagues and professors.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, time-offs almost impossible depending on lab head. Almost no consideration of the needs of Graduate students.
