      Pros

      Great benefits and opportunities to get promotion for clinical staff. Harder to get promoted on the administrative side.

      Cons

      Parking is expensive. Really fragmented. Emphasis is on clinical care, not grant funding.

      Pros

      salary was good, experience with trauma was invaluable. Surgeons were great.

      Cons

      leadership is lacking, and cut throat. Not professional, very little chance for advancement.

      Pros

      Good academic environment. Good pay and benefits. Great place to gain experience with critically ill patients. Areas of facility are new and state of the art

      Cons

      Med surgery floors are cramped and small. Far too many policies. Hierarchical bullying exists. Union protection lacking. Employees encouraged to blow in coworkers or face bullying themselves from management. Very political there. Very short staffed also.
