      Ability to do research. Progressive mindset for the most part.

      Cons

      Promotions are political more than based on merit. No clear ladder for advancement. Lots of “lifers just coasting”. Limited flexibility with the schedule.

      Our unit has great management and everyone is kind and patient.

      I wish full time is 6 twelves biweekly rather than having that extra 8 hr as well
