Pros
The culture is non punitive. Its a big organization so a lot depends on your specific manager, but overall they have reasonable managers. Benefit package is great. Work is interesting, they are actually committed to their mission. They keep you busy but not overwhelmed.
Cons
C level people are a constant churn and involved in scandals.
