      Set hours, No weekends, holidays, no on call, Mon-Fri schedule, fast paced clinic, lots of learning opportunities

      Cons

      Benefits are not that great, no sick time, Upstate employee but "hired by Medbest". Therefore benefits are not as good as they would be if you were a state or research employee

      Friends you make at work. Tuition assistance. Class/review class options. Self scheduling if you are on a unit that does that.

      Cons

      Managers are awful. Only worried about higher ups. Play favorites. Make up their own policies at their will. Look for reasons to write employees up.
