Extremely poor leadership, low employee morale, salaries are not competitive, and horrible benefits. There is a lack of true collaboration between departments, which often results in disorganization and confusion. Given the poor work environment, the company is unable to retain skilled employees. Advice: Find a company that truly embodies its core values and cares about its employees.

Great team members who have a "can-do" attitude. The ability to work independently when necessary with little micro-managing.

Cons

The commute is far unless you live in the North Dallas area and the pay could be better, but the number of opportunities balances it out.
