      A hot mess that’s starts at the top level

      you can get away with anything even not do your job and never get fired

      Cons

      No one cares to do their job effectively and makes it hard on the people that want to do their jobs well. Lots of jealousy, sexism and gossip causing most employees to care less about work ethic and more about popularity. No room for growth and that’s why I’m leaving.
