      Pros

      You meet great people and make lasting connections. Working for the urban community and radio is fun and interesting work, and you learn a lot in the process.

      Cons

      Management has poor conflict resolution and seems to be more concerned about their bonuses then the morale and wellbeing of their employees.

      The Hours! The Show prep, the execution of the show, after show recap and Prep for the following days show...Confirming Guests, meetings, You are responsible for Mornings Street Promotion and/or Events, Afternoon Production, any additional production or changes that may come up per sales/client...some days it's non-stop - However, that's the life of a person in Radio/Television!!
