      Great Company to Work for

      Pros

      Great Company! Radio One offers great content to keep the urban media platform in the faces of the community. Highly motivated individuals. Perks can be phenomenal.

      Cons

      Business Departments in all markets are run differently. Some Managers do not follow the proper protocol or process which makes it difficult for some departments to succeed. Also, Radio One needs to become more innovative with Technology. Sometimes they lag with marketing tactics to stay ahead of the competition. Last, offer more incentive programs to help with company morale.

      Great Culture, Poor Structure

      Pros

      The culture, the product, the benefits and perks are great. Also, plenty of paid time off and half days.

      Cons

      Once a person leaves it takes forever for them to hire a replacement which results in people being overloaded with work. They rely on sales assistants too much and don't hold sales people accountable.
