      Pros

      Good people and family-like atmosphere. Management seems like they really care about your well-being. There's a lot of chance for extra income through endorsement, remotes, etc. Greenway area is central to all parts of the Houston area.

      Cons

      Compensation can be better, but it is a media job. Sometimes equipment is not up to par, but eventually the problem gets fixed.
