      Only pro would be diversity and good people generally

      no benefits no stock options no career advancement opps terrible..terrible leadership... From CEO all the way down Leadership cares little about staff Company doesn't position itself for success, not at any major events, front facing which hurts our value in marketplace Best leaders have left the company after the pandemic -THIS IS A GOOD ONE: This "Black Owned Company" has divisions led by JUST white men and women. These white men and women ONLY hire white men and women on their sales team, which sells multicultural media solutions to advertisers. You have an entire salesforce committed to selling black media and understanding black audiences, yet nobody is black on the teams.

      They don't care about their staff at all

      Pros

      In the beginning everyone and everything was absolutely wonderful. It was the place to be.

      Cons

      After the pandemic things have change drastically. They added on more responsibility to those who are working here without fair compensation. The morale is at its lowest that I've seen in years. The turn over seems to be at it all time highest. If there don't start showing appreciation to their staff, they may find themselves without one.
