Pros
Most of the company's stations are in medium to major markets in the south and east coast, so any position within the company will be a positive reflection on your resume. The company is established and uniquely identify with the target audience.
Cons
There is no cohesion amongst top level management. Decisions made greatly affect their regions and sometimes they don't make sense to the local markets. There is also a 'don't ask don't tell' policy when it comes to general managers who are factually proven incompetent to serve the role in which they were given. The company lacks forward-thinking, which is preventing them from competing on the same level as the other major players in this space.
